Our Cancellation and Returns Policy

Miltons Diamonds offers all customers a 14-day returns period from the day their order is shipped. If you wish to cancel your purchase, simply call a diamond consultant at 0800 197 5155 for instructions.

Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to Miltons Diamonds and b) our Quality Assurance analyses your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.

Product Availability & Pricing

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.
