Every watch available at Milton's is unique for this reason for certain watches we do have spare links, for other watches we don’t. If you have a particularly large wrist or would like some spare links it is always worth asking before your purchase. Often the best way to adjust your bracelet is by taking it to your local jeweller, but if you know your wrist size please get in touch when making a purchase and we will be happy to adjust the bracelet for you. Please note unworn watches cannot be sized due to needing to remove delivery stickers. 

Jewellery

Having onsite jewellers often means size isn’t an issue, depending on their design many rings can be resized. If you see a ring that you like but think it may need the size adjusting please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We use UK ring sizing which measures finger circumference on a scale from A (the smallest) to Z +, ring sizes also come in half measures. We recommend that you go to a local jewellers to get your fingers measured as this is the most accurate and often tables and home testing kits can be misleading.

Rings with a deep bandwidth will need to be slightly larger than your normal size, so keep this in mind when choosing your ring.

 Delivery Info

Milton’s will always go the extra mile for our customers, and we want to ensure your purchases get to you as quickly and safely as possible. We endeavour to dispatch products on the same day that they have been purchased. To do so, we must have the items in stock and orders need to be placed before midday on a normal working day. All customers will receive a Dispatch Confirmation once their jewellery has been sent out. If your package is particularly large or heavy, there may be a small surcharge in addition to the standard delivery cost.

Please note, the delivery times outlined below are estimates, and these can sometimes vary. The cut off time for next day delivery is 12pm.

Every watch available at Milton's has undergone a thorough inspection of water resistance, accuracy, functionality and condition, using the latest technology to determine the level of reconditioning required to meet our strict standards.

Every Watch has also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history. Each watch has been checked by at least two members of our watch team before being listed on our website.

Each watch comes with a Miltons Diamonds Warranty on the movement of the watch, Rolex watches come with a 2-year warranty while all other watch brands come with a 1-year warranty. For more information please see our terms and conditions page. 

Jewellery

Every item of jewellery has been inspected by at least two of our in house gemmologists with the coveted FGA and DGA Qualifications.  All Items have been through our workshop prior to being listed on our website.
