If the watch you have purchased still has some of its manufacturer’s warranty remaining, the watch can be sent via Miltons Diamonds or an authorised retailer for the manufacturer to repair. If the watch is still covered by the Miltons Diamonds warranty but the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we will repair the watch in conjunction with the manufacturer where we deem necessary.
If your watch is no longer under any warranty but develops a fault, then you may enquire about Miltons Diamonds fixing the watch. This will include leaving the watch with us to calculate a price before any work is started.

Any modification made to the watch via aftermarket parts or engraving will void all warranty. Any watch sent to Miltons Diamonds must be insured to the appropriate value at your own expense.
