Miltons Diamonds have been trading in luxury watches and jewellery for over 100 years. During this period we have built a reputation on trust, values and professionalism. As a family-run business, we believe that the customer always comes first, striving for perfection during every transaction, hoping that you will return time and time again. At Miltons Diamonds, we specialise in retail sales and pawnbroking, the Miltons family of pawnbrokers is the busiest and best known pawnbrokers in Liverpool and the surrounding area. Our retail department specialises in new and quality second-hand jewellery and luxury pre-owned Swiss made watches, holding a stock of over 400 Rolex. Between our two stores in the areas of St Helens and Walton, we employ over 40 highly trained, friendly staff including onsite gemologists, watch experts and working jewellers.
Are your diamonds and gemstones authentic?
Yes — every diamond and gemstone at Miltons Diamonds is carefully checked for authenticity. Our pieces are assessed by experienced and qualified gemmologists to ensure they meet our high standards. Where applicable, stones may also be accompanied by independent certification (such as GIA), giving you complete confidence in the quality and provenance of your purchase.
How are your items valued?
All of our jewellery is thoroughly inspected and valued by a qualified gemmologist. We assess key factors such as cut, colour, clarity, carat weight, and overall craftsmanship. This expert evaluation ensures that every piece is accurately described and fairly priced, so you can buy with confidence knowing you’re receiving genuine value.
Are your pre-owned watches authenticated?
Absolutely. Every pre-owned watch we sell undergoes a rigorous authentication process. Our watches are inspected by specialists to verify originality, condition, and performance. We ensure that each timepiece is genuine and accurately represented, so you can purchase luxury watches with complete peace of mind.
What are your delivery times and do you hold your stock?
We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely, with most items sent via next working day delivery after purchase. All products listed on our website are physically held in stock by Miltons Diamonds and are available to view in-store as well as online. This means you can shop confidently knowing your chosen item is ready for immediate dispatch or personal viewing.
