Your Right to Cancel

If you have purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

To exercise your right to cancel, please complete our Returns & Cancellation Form and include it with your return.

Returning an Item

To return an item:

  1. Download and complete the Returns & Cancellation Form.
  2. Securely package the item, including all original packaging, certificates, and documentation where applicable.
  3. Include the completed form with your return.
  4. Send your parcel to:

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Include any original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accessories supplied with the item.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
