Things to Keep in Mind When Cleaning Your Diamond Earrings

When cleaning your diamond earrings, there are a few things to consider. Your diamond earrings were likely expensive, so let's look into some of the dos and don’ts when cleaning your jewellery at home:

Don't – When cleaning, don't scrub your jewellery too hard. This can cause your jewellery to scratch.

Step 1 - Prep

First, begin by gathering everything that you need:

• Mild soap and warm water solution
• Soft-bristled brush
• Microfibre cloth
• Polishing cloth (optional)

Step 2 - Clean

Once you have prepped and are ready to start, begin by letting your earrings soak for up to 15 minutes. This will allow dirt, grime and oils to lift away from the surface of the jewellery making it easier for the dirt to be scrubbed away. Step 3 - Clean
